POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

Four simple steps to place your order:

1. Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase on our website select the continue to checkout key.  You will then be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on our website. 

2. Here you will be required to complete your name, your email address and the address of where you wish your purchase to be delivered too as well as completing the payment transaction details from your credit card.

3. We will send to you an order acknowledgement via email detailing the products you have ordered, please note this is not conformation of your order.

4. Once your order has been processed and packed and is ready for delivery we will send you a further email to confirm we have sent your purchase out for delivery.

Please note your purchase will require an adult to sign for as conformation of delivery

If your order is not available from our stock we will inform you via email of its expected arrival from Cavalleria Toscana in Italy.

Once your purchase has been delivered to us and has been checked we will continue with step four.

Our UK Standard delivery is £4.95

Our standard delivery service is 3-6 working days. 

We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.

For delivery costs outside the UK, please select your country in our drop down menu when completing your delivery details at the checkout.

 

Please make your returns via The Royal Mail Post Office in four simple steps.

1. Complete the returns document enclosed with your order stating your reason(s) for return.

2. Enclose the return delivery note with the product and pack securely.

3. Take to your local post office and make sure you have received a certificate of postage from the Post Office, Four Seasons Equestrian Ltd cannot accept liability for any items not received.

4. Once we have received your purchase in the same condition they as it was sold to you, a member of our team will contact you in order to arrange any refund or exchange.  All refunds will be made via the same manor as the original payment.

Please note that the return postage costs for any returns after 14 days but still within 28 days remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are usually processed within three working days of receipt, however please note if any return happens to fall on a date where we may be exhibiting at a show or over a public holiday this may take longer.
